Occupy Oakland update: City Council smear tactics

Here is an update on Occupy Oakland from Richard Mellor, of Facts for Working People. Oakland City Council seems to be evidencing the use of smear tactics, or more technically the deployment of social censures to stigmatize protest and distract the public from the core reasons for that protest.
